Course Access Once payment is made and access to the GBS-GCC Primer course is granted, it is considered a final sale. 2. Cancellation Policy You may cancel your enrollment before the course access is provided for a full refund. Once course access is granted (i.e., login credentials or module access shared), cancellations are not permitted. 3. Refund Policy No refund will be issued for digital products already accessed or downloaded. In case of a technical error (e.g., duplicate payment), please notify us within 7 days and we will review the request. If you are not satisfied with the course, write to info@wiz-matic.com within 5 days of enrollment. Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis after internal review. 4. Exceptions Refunds will not be processed for reasons such as: Change of mind Lack of usage Access issues due to incorrect credentials (unless reported within 48 hours) 5.
