Executive Partner
Kaushik has 30+ years of experience as a global leader, as Managing Director for a Fortune-500 company's GCC, as Entrepreneur, and as Director on Boards of companies. He is a strategic thinker, a transformational change agent, and is passionate about purpose beyond profit. He has deep experience in organization setup and maturity.
Sandeep Panat
Founding Partner
Sandeep has more than a decade of experience working with Shared Services & GIC firms. He has strong expertise in research, consulting and business advisory for captive units. At Wizmatic, Sandeep looks after presales, business development, and solution designing. He has authored Wizmatic's GBS-GCC Certification program that is dedicated towards the success of individuals as an efficient talent workforce.
Rajwardhan Purohit
Consulting Partner
Rajwardhan is a seasoned business leader with over 30 years of corporate experience, specializing in transformation, service & capability management, innovation climate and sustainability, cyber security, and leadership management. His most recent role was as the Head of Innovation at British Council SSC. Certified as a Cyber Hygiene Professional by the Govt. of India, Rajwardhan holds certifications in ITILv3 Expert, SIAM, CGEIT, and PMP. His educational background includes management studies from IIM Kolkata and a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
